My daughters loved these when they were little! I never measure my own recipe so this was hard to put on.I made this up for the kids when little because they hated the franks so I thought they would eat them if I did something different. Ingredients:
1 pack of all beef franks , 8 or 10 pk. |
1 pack of bbq chips, crushed |
1 pack of shredded sharp chesse |
worcestershire sauce |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven on 350 2. lay franks on pan( i use a cookie pan) 3. slice down from one end to the other, be careful not to cut all the way through , so they are laying open. 4. In a mixing bowl, mix together, bbq chips, cheese and 5. add worcestershire sauce, just enough to wet the mixture 6. you do not want it very wet. 7. use a spoon to drop the mixture into the open franks. pack each one full. 8. cook for 30 minutes or until the franks are done and a little brown. 9. serve sour cream on top of each one. |
