An extremely easy appetizer that keeps them coming back for more.
Ingredients:
1 6 oz can evaporated milk
5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 lb ground beef
1 cup ketchup
6 tablespoons brown sugar; packed
Directions:
1. Combine evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and soup mix.
2. Blend well.
3. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
4. Add beef and mix well.
5. Mixture will be moist.
6. Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon for each.
7. Place on rack in broiler pan.
8. Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes.
9. Do not turn.
10. Combine remaining 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce with ketchup and brown sugar in saucepan and warm.
11. Stir in meatballs and serve as an appetizer.
12. May be frozen and reheated.
