One of my recipes featured in Southern Living Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz) |
3 tablespoons grated onions |
1/4 cup diced green pepper |
1/2 cup tomato soup, undiluted |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
6 english muffins, split and lightly toasted |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. 2. Spread about 2 tbs. 3. of cheese mixture over cut side of each muffin. 4. Broil about 6 from heat 3-5 min. 5. or until cheese is hot and bubbly. 6. Top with bacon. 7. Yield: 12 servings. |
