From the Smucker's web site. This is super easy and I am placing it here for Kat's benefit for tailgating - Go Noles! A healthier version than some since nothing is fried. I may add some hot sauce for extra kick! NOTE: Plan on marinating at least three hours (included in cooking time). Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange marmalade |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup tomato ketchup |
1/2 cup water |
2 -2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces, use meaty pieces |
Directions:
1. COMBINE marmalade, soy sauce, ketchup and water in large bowl. 2. Add chicken pieces and cover. 3. Refrigerate for three to four hours, or overnight, turning chicken pieces occasionally. 4. PREHEAT oven to 375°F 5. Remove chicken from large bowl and place in a single layer, skin side up, in a baking pan. 6. Brush with marinade. 7. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is tender. 8. Brush with marinade several times during cooking, to within 15 minutes of removing from oven. 9. Discard remaining marinade. |
