280 g (4 large) portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed |
1 cup low sodium salsa |
4 tbsp green onions, chopped |
28 g (1/4 cup) partly skimmed mozzarella cheese, shredded |
18 g (2 tbsp) sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Place mushrooms, upside down, on a baking tray and top each with salsa, green onions and cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake to 10 to 12 minutes |
