1. /2 cup water 2. tablespoons vinegar 3. tablespoons sugar 4. tablespoon yellow mustard 5. /4 teaspoon salt 6. /4-1/2 teaspoon pepper 7. /8 teaspoon red pepper 8. medium onion , diced or sliced 9. /2 cup ketchup 10. tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 11. -2 teaspoon liquid smoke 12. pork chops 13. Directions: 14. Sauce: In pan combine water,vinegar,sugar,mustard,salt, pepper,and red pepper and onion.2**You can add a small amount of lemon juice if desired.3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.4Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke and return to a boil.5Remove from heat.6Brown the chops on both sides and place in a casserole dish.7Pour the sauce over the chops.8Bake 350 25-30 minutes |
