Wonderful chocolate pie that is super easy to make and a big hit with both kids and adults! Made it for Thanksgiving and it went very quickly! Ingredients:
6 hershey bars |
1 cup marshmallows |
1/2 cup milk |
1 8 ounce container cool whip |
graham cracker crust |
topping |
4 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 8 ounce cool whip |
chocolate or caramel syrup (optional) |
Directions:
1. On low heat and in double boiler, melt chocolate bars. Add marshmallows and milk; stir constantly until smooth, no lumps. Remove from heat, add Cool Whip, mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Mix cream cheese (I microwave to soften), sugar, and Cool Whip together and spread over pie. Drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup over pie if desired. |
