grandchildren love these.. Ingredients:
1 cup crisco |
4 large eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons baking cocoa |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1 cup mini marshmallows |
1 cup chocolate chips |

Directions:
1. prehet oven to 325* - fill muffin tins with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray and set aside. 2. combine crisco, eggs, sour cream, sugar and set aside. mix remaining ingredients in seperate bowl.stir both mixtures together 3. fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 325* for 30-40 minutes. 4. cool in pans for 20 minutes. 5. remove muffins and spread with marshmallow cream and a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs. |
