Great with kids Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
5 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
1 cup soymilk |
1/4 cup chocolate chips |
1/4 cup graham cracker, broken into small pieces |
1/4 cup marshmallow, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda, and mix well. 3. In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, vanilla, nondairy-milk, chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces and marshmallows, mixing well. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; do not overmix. 5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of muffins comes out clean. |
