It came from a recipe I found in a Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. Great for hot summer days! * Prep time includes freezing. Ingredients:
4 cups chocolate ice cream |
1 cup mini marshmallows |
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In chilled bowl, stir ice cream until softened, not melted. 2. Mix in mini marshmallows. 3. Put mixture into pie shell, making sure to spread evenly. 4. Cover then freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. 5. Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing/. 6. Top with warmed hot fudge ice cream and marshmallows. 7. Top with whipped cream. (optional). |
