From the kitchen of Michele Harvey Thornburg, Moberly MO. Ingredients:
8 -10 whole graham crackers |
1 (24 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size) |
2 cups miniature marshmallows (anna added the whole bag) |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2/3 cup chopped peanuts or 2/3 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a greased 9x13 pan. 2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions. Spread over crackers. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. 4. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and peanuts. Bake 5 minutes longer or until marshmallows are slightly puffed and golden brown. Cool before cutting. |
