This came from St. Mary's 110th Anniversary Cookbook 1875-1985. I have not tried this, posting for the boys. Ingredients:
18 ounces betty crocker stir 'n frost frosted brownie mix (1 box) |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
12 graham cracker squares |
Directions:
1. Bake brownies as directed on package; place pan on wire rack. 2. Sprinkle hot brownies with marshmallows. Place warm cookie sheet on pan; cool. 3. Press 6 graham cracker squares on marshmallows. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen. Invert brownies on waxed paper; frost bottom of brownies. Press remaining graham cracker squares on frosting; cut between squares. |
