This is our recipe for breakfast smoothies
Ingredients:
8 oz soymilk
1 oz firm tofu
2 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 banana
1 oz flax seed
1 cup mixed fruit, frozen
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
