This is what my smoothie princess (she is 3!) decided she wanted to try this morning. Very tasty and one I did not want to lose because it was a nice pick me up after a workout! Ingredients:
1 orange |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Peel and seed the orange. Place it in your blender. 2. Add the blueberries and milk. 3. Blend until smooth. This one will take a little longer then normal smoothies because of the need to break down the orange pulp. |
