Kids are sure to love these smoothies-on-a-stick! Just blend, pour in paper cups with a popsicle stick, and freeze for creamy, icy goodness. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup frozen berries |
3 5-oz. paper cups |
3 ice-pop sticks |
Directions:
1. Blend yogurt, skim milk and frozen berries until smooth. Pour into paper cups with ice-pop sticks. Freeze until solid. |
