                    A low-cal, low-fat banana smoothie that tastes just like the one at Smoothie King! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup light vanilla soymilk  |  
                                                2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt or 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon sugar  |  
                                                2 bananas  |  
                                                1 teaspoon flax seed  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Pour milk, yogurt and sugar into blender. Add bananas and flax seed. Blend well. 2. To add more volume and make it ice cold, add 6 ice cubes and blend some more.                              |
