This is a nice breakfast smoothie. It's easy to make & low in fat but high in fiber and protein. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup strawberries |
1/2 cup frozen peaches |
1 medium banana |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. combine all items in a blender. |
