A protein smoothie, usually taken as a meal replacement. I got this from an issue of Men's Health, and it is great! Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder |
1 cup skim milk |
1 tbsp low-fat peanut butter |
2 tbsp ground flaxseed |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender. 2. Blend until smooth, pulsing where necessary. |
