I can't recall where I got this recipe, from a magazine at the doctors office several years ago. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan to use Protein Powder in place of the Slim Fast. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate |
3/4 cup frozen fruit (any like bananas) |
1 cup low-fat yogurt |
1 cup milk (maybe more or less) |
2 tablespoons vanilla slim fast powder (1 scoop, may use vanilla protein powder) |
Directions:
1. Blend in a blender. 2. Note: The recipe says try adding in things like honey, 4-6 ice cubes, or mineral water. |
