1 cup skim milk, well chilled |
100 g frozen raspberries |
1/2 cup apricot nectar, chilled |
Directions:
1. Combine the milk, raspberries and nectar in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth and thick. 3. Pour into two tall glasses and serve. |
