1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate |
6 ounces light rum |
8 slices canned pineapple |
2/3 cup vanilla ice cream |

Directions:
1. Combine limeade and rum in a blender. 2. Add pineapple and ice cream. 3. Blend well. 4. With the blender running, add a few pieces of ice. 5. Continue adding ice until the mixture is smooth and thick and the blender is nearly full. |
