Smoky Zu-Vocado Salad (For One) |

I came up with this yesterday for lunch when the kids were having barbecued little smokies. Ingredients:
1 cup little smokies sausage, cut up |
1 cup zucchini, chunked |
1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled, mashed |
1 tablespoon hot sauce |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Place smokies, zucchini, hot sauce and butter in small frying pan. 2. Heat thoroughly until zucchini is just tender. 3. Place heated mixture in a bowl and add mashed avocado. 4. Toss to mix all & enjoy. |
