Smoky Sausage and Potato Skillet |

Simple make it easy to prepare. Ingredients:
16 ounces smoked sausage |
5 1/4 ounces au gratin potatoes, packaged |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 cups water |
2/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces. 2. Chop celery and onion into small pieces, to your liking. 3. Saute sausage and vegetables in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender. 4. Add water, milk, and flavor packet from the potatoes and bring to a boil. 5. Once boiling, add potatoes. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
