For the carnivore in most of us:-) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
10 ounces pork sausage links |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. 2. Crumble beef mixture over and mix well. 3. Divide into 8 portions and shape each portion around a sausage link. 4. Grill or broil or fry until beef is no longer pink. 5. Turn frequently. |
