With the addition of good paprika, classic clam dip just gets better. Try it as a dunk for thick potato chips. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 green onion, minced |
1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley |
1 teaspoon sweet smoked spanish paprika |
1 to 1 1/2 cans (6.5 oz. each) minced clams, drained, liquid reserved |
Directions:
1. Whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion, parsley, and paprika in a medium bowl. Add clams to taste and enough clam liquid for a good dipping texture. |
