Great for chicken. I was going to grill it, but we ran out of propane so I made it in a frying pan. It's goooooooooood. Marinate chicken at least 26 hours before cooking. Ingredients:
1 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon liquid smoke |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir the vinegar, brown sugar, liquid smoke, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. |
