Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped oso sweet or other sweet onion |
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper |
1 (16-ounce) package cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw |
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled (drained) |
1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon celery seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine onion, bell pepper, slaw, and bacon in a large bowl. 2. Combine vinegar and the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
