With family barbeques right around the corner, I thought I'd share a few Designer Ketchups that I have made in the past. They are very good and I've even made them as gifts, just fill new condiment squeeze bottles, make fun labels for each one, and place in a wooden box filled with your choice of packing material. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ketchup |
1/2 cup molasses |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 -2 drop liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, and liquid smoke and mix well.
