Smokin Turkey & Rice Salad

This came from my local newspaper
Ingredients:
4 cups cooled cooked rice
1 cup gouda cheese, shredded (smoked or plain)
1 cup smoked turkey breast, chopped
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing
1 tablespoon cilantro
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl toss together the rice, gouda cheese, turkey breast, tomatoes and onion. In a small bowl mix the salad dressing and cilantro. Pour over the rice mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
