Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
1 cup(s) celery chopped
1 bell peppers green chopped
1 onion
2 clove(s) garic finely chopped
28 ounce(s) diced tomatoes undrained
15 ounce(s) chili beans (spicey) undrained
15 ounce(s) kidney beans drained, rinsed
15 ounce(s) black beans drained, rinsed
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1 teaspoon(s) chipotle chili finely chopped
green onions sliced (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat oil over medium heat. Cook celery, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in oil - 3min.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and green onions. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cover an simmer for 30-40 min. Sitr occasionally until vegies are tender and flavors are blended.
3. Top servings with tortilla chips and green onions
