Smokey Paste for Pulled Pork |

I have a smoker, but it is a pain to use frequently...I think this rub gives a pleasantly smokey flavor to your meat...without the smoke....add more cayenne if you need more heat.. Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground black pepper |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon paprika |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
2 tablespoons ground coriander |
liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together. 2. Add enough liquid smoke to make a paste. 3. Rub into meat and allow to marinate at least overnight. 4. Follow your favorite method for cooking pork! |
