Thanks to Emeril Lagasse I came up with this tossing together ingredients for a smokiness to be added to my Jambalaya. Season rice, steaks, pork, shrimp, chicken a seafood boil with this for a big hit! Use the freshest of spices for best results. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons paprika |
2 tablespoons smoked paprika |
1 tablespoon dried chipotle powder |
2 tablespoons salt |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon dried oregano |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
1 tablespoon dried thyme |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Store out of direct light. 3. Store for 6-12 months. |
