This is another boar's head recipe Ingredients:
1 lb beef brisket, cooked and chopped |
1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 cups barbecue sauce |
2 cups grated gouda cheese |
1 lb lasanga noodles |
2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese |
1 tablespoon steak seasoning |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375. 2. cook lasanga noodles according to package directions. 3. Mix steak rub and ricotta. 4. mix all other cheeses. 5. drizzle some sauce over bottom of baking pan. 6. add a layer of noodles, then layer with ricotta, then beef and all the other cheeses and sauce. 7. keep layering until full. 8. cover with foil and bake for thirty minutes. 9. remove foil and bake for ten more minutes. |
