I keep the cream cheese mixture made up and in the refrigerator for a quick lunch. It keeps about 5 days. let it soften a little before trying to spread. Ingredients:
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese |
4 green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
4 flour tortillas |
4 ounces smoked turkey |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese with onions, cucumber and dill weed. 2. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 of the mixture, top with some smoked turkey and roll up. 3. The rolls may also be sliced across to make appetizers. |
