Pasta Salad Ingredients:
1 pound pasta shells |
8 oz smoked turkey |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes |
1 1/2 cups chopped green onion |
1 cup light mayonnaise |
0.33 cups light sour cream |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. 2. Rinse under cold water and drain again. 3. In a large bowl, stir together the pasta, turkey, celery, grapes, and onions. 4. In a small bowl, stir together the other ingredients. 5. Toss the pasta with the dressing. 6. Add salt and pepper, if desired. |
