Smoked Turkey and Corn Tortilla Bake |

Modified from a similar recipe. Ingredients:
3 cups smoked turkey breast |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup |
1 diced onion |
12 corn tortillas |
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine shredded turkey breast, chilies, broth, soups and onion. Set aside. 2. Layer half of the tortillas on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking pan, cutting to fit pan if desired. 3. Top with half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese. 4. Repeat layers. 5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
