Smoked Turkey And Corn Chowder |

Ingredients:
6 ounces smoked turkey breast, diced |
1 medium onion, diced |
2 stalks celery, diced |
1 large potato, diced |
4 cups chicken broth |
1/4 cup green chili, mild,chopped (canned) |
1 lb corn (frozen) |
1/2 cup cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients (except cream) in a soup pot. 2. Slowly bring to a boil. 3. Reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables are soft (about 1 hour). 4. Whisk in the cream and simmer for 20 minutes longer. 5. Serve warm. |
