165 grams corn |
95 grams red bell pepper, chopped |
140 grams grape tomatoes |
285 grams black beans |
325 grams smoked turkey breast |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1/2 cup tomato juice |
1/4 cup mint, chopped |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine garlic, tomato juice, lemon juice, mint, vinegar and olive oil in a jar, shake to combine. Pour over salad ingredients. |
