4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch |
6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons stone ground mustard |
8 slices smoked turkey breast |
8 cooked asparagus spears |
1 small tomato, cut into 8 thin slices |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Lay tortillas flat, and spread with 1/4 of mayonnaise and mustard. 2. Top each with turkey, asparagus, and tomato slices. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and roll up burrito style. |
