Best served with a light cracker Ingredients:
1 lb. trout, smoked or grilled |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1 tbsp horseradish |
1 tbsp garlic powder |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1 dash each - paprika, red pepper, salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Either buy cooked trout or cook on smoker or grill yourself 2. Remove bones from trout 3. Combine all ingredients together 4. Chill & enjoy! |
