1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
pinch of ground red pepper |
1 gala apple, cored and finely chopped |
8 ounces smoked trout, coarsely flaked |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add green onion and next 3 ingredients. Fold in apple and trout. |
