Ingredients:
1 package(s) ( 19 ounces ) frozen garden vegetable medley |
1/3 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
1/2 cup(s) ketchup |
1/2 cup(s) water |
1/4 cup(s) cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) honey |
1 teaspoon(s) ground mustard |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1/4 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 pound(s) smoked sausage, sliced |
Directions:
1. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté onion in oil until tender. Stir in the next 11 ingredients. Add sausage. 2. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-12 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and sausage is heated through, stirring occasionally and turning sausage once. Serve with the vegetable medley. |
