Smoked Sausage Pizza With Spinach and Feta |

It sounds really good and could easily stand up to all sorts of experimentation. Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) package hillshire farm smoked sausage |
2 (14 ounce) packages pizza crusts |
1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated alfredo sauce |
1 cup chopped fresh spinach |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup crumbled feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch thick pieces. The original recipe doesn't say this but I would saute the slices until they are brown before continuing, cause we it that way. 2. Put the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread 1/2 the Alfredo sauce on each pizza crust. Repeat with the spinach, basil, mozzarella and feta cheese. 3. Bake it 11-13 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. |
