Recipe comes from the historical Beaumont Inn in Harrodsburg, KY. Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground smoked sausage, cooked and drained |
24 large mushrooms, stems removed |
1/2 lb cream cheese |
1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook mushrooms at 350° for 7 minutes. 2. Allow to cool. 3. Mix cooled sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan. 4. Fill each mushroom with 1 teaspoon of filling. 5. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes. |
