Smoked Salmon with Mustard-dill Sauce |

Great with pumpernickel bread. Ingredients:
1/4 cup corn oil |
1/4 cup honey mustard |
4 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
1 pound sliced smoked salmon |
Directions:
1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in dill. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Serve salmon with sauce. |
