Ingredients:
3/4 pound sliced smoked salmon |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
2 tablespoons chopped green onion |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup sour cream |
1 pound thin-sliced black bread |
Directions:
1. Arrange smoked salmon on a platter. Mix dill, green onion, lemon juice, and sugar. Spoon over salmon. Serve with sour cream and black bread. |
