8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 lb smoked salmon |
2 tablespoons scotch whisky |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon prepared white horseradish |
1 dash cayenne |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 tablespoons scallions |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixed. 2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. |
