Yummy! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon capers |
1 teaspoon caper juice |
1 teaspoon green onion, chopped fine |
1 teaspoon mayonnaise |
1/2 lb smoked salmon (or lox) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. 2. Spoon a small amount onto salmon strip and roll up. Fasten with a toothpick. 3. This can be made up ahead, covered and chilled. |
