                    A really quick and simple drinks nibble - a breeze to put together but watch how fast they disappear Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                100 gram pack (approx.) of smoked salmon slices  |  
                                                125 grams cream cheese softened  |  
                                                1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning  |  
                                                1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mash lemon pepper seasoning and parsley into soft cream cheese - then spread onto a slice of smoked salmon like you were spreading butter on toast. Roll up tightly adding a second slice to the roll until it's as thick as a telegraph cucumber. With a clean knife - wiping the blade between each cut, slice into pinwheels and either serve as is or place on little square of buttered ryebread                              |
