I got this recipe from a good friend, many many years ago. You can stuff this pate in cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or on snow peas for a wonderful presentation Ingredients:
4 ounces salmon (barbecue or smoked) |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 green onion, white of |
2 teaspoons parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and place in a decorative dish. 2. Chill. |
